🔧 What You’ll Do
As an Assembler, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production floor running smoothly by:
- Assembling metal based products by following detailed work instructions and build specifications
- Using a variety of hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Supporting daily shop operations, including:
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Shrink wrapping and packaging materials or finished units
- Material handling and general clean-up to support the team
- Working closely with fellow assemblers to meet daily production goals
- Adhering to all safety guidelines, quality standards, and company procedures
- Expanding your skills over time through cross-training, including custom unit assembly
🧠 Required Skills
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- 1+ year of manufacturing experience, preferably in mechanical or sheet metal assembly
- Electrical wiring and basic fabrication skills

- Prior experience in manufacturing or sheet metal environments
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

🏭 Work Environment & Schedule
- Large, climate-controlled warehouse with windows and high ceilings
- Fully equipped assembly area with modern tools and machinery
- Casual dress code (steel toe boots required)
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift:
- Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday: 5:30 AM – 10:00 AM
- 2nd Shift:
- Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 1:30 AM
- Scheduled breaks included

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
