We're seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building strong client relationships. This role supports our clients by processing policy changes, coordinating with carriers, and politely explaining coverage solutions. You will work in a flexible, hybrid environment with hands-on training and opportunities to grow into additional responsibilities over time.
- Base pay of $23 - $27 per hour
- Hybrid remote with work-from-home flexibility
- Expected 25 hour work week

Responsibilities
- Process auto, home, farm, and business policy changes and applications
- Work directly with clients to explain coverage options and solutions
- Coordinate with underwriters to identify the best options for client needs
- Support licensing efforts in property and casualty insurance
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures
- Provide friendly, professional service that builds long-term client trust
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfort using Microsoft systems and moderate typing ability
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
- Willingness to learn insurance products and processes
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a small team
- Previous insurance experience helpful but not required
