Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of customers' heating and cooling needs.
- Provide expert recommendations on HVAC systems and solutions.
- Develop and present customized proposals to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and follow-ups effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HVAC sales or comfort advisory roles.
- 2 years or more of experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and energy efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid HVAC license or certification preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tracking software.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
