Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Active Ohio State License (LCSW, LICSW, or LISWS).
- Experience: New graduates welcome; experienced clinicians encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of behavioral health assessment and treatment modalities; EHR proficiency.
- Soft Skills: Strong therapeutic skills, empathy, cultural competence, and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy services
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the multi-specialty group
- Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings
