As a Greeter, you will welcome and greet guests, guide customer, maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves will have a positive attitude and thrive in a busy environment
Greeter Responsibilities:
- Smile
- Create and Maintain Eye Contact
- Greet Enthusiastically
- Make Emotional Connections with Guests within 3 second of entering the establishment
- Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
- Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
- Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Work on their feet for several hours at a time
- Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
- Adhere to our rules and dress code at all times
- Help in keeping the store clean and orderly.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to work at least 3-4 days per week
- Must be able to work with others
- Must work well under pressure
- Must be reliable and show up on time every day
- Must love serving and helping others
- Must work well independently and in a team environment
- Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time (5-6 hours)
