Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with specialized experience in autism and school settings to support autistic students in a K-6 elementary school environment. The role involves working within an autistic support program spanning five classrooms, providing applied behavior analysis services and tailored interventions to enhance student outcomes. The position is contract-based for the 2025-2026 school year, operating Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans for students with autism spectrum disorder.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure strategies promote positive behavior and learning.
- Provide staff training and guidance on behavioral techniques and best practices.
- Collect and analyze data to assess effectiveness and progress.
- Maintain compliance with school policies and grant requirements.
Desired Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Proven experience working with autistic students in educational settings.
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
