Job Title: Servicing Financial Advisor
About the Role:
The Servicing Financial Advisor is responsible for supporting and strengthening client relationships through exceptional service and operational support. This role focuses on servicing existing client accounts by managing documentation, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring efficient execution of administrative and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and highly skilled in financial services operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding routine inquiries, account updates, and service requests.

Prepare, review, and process client paperwork, including applications, account forms, and compliance documentation.

Manage client communications via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency.

Handle account maintenance activities such as transfers, contributions, withdrawals, and beneficiary updates.

Maintain accurate client records in CRM and internal systems.

Collaborate with senior advisors and team members to ensure timely and accurate execution of client requests.

Assist with preparing reports, account summaries, and documentation for client meetings.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through proper documentation and timely submissions.
Qualifications:

Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required.

5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

CFP designation preferred.

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with financial CRM systems preferred.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Knowledge of financial products, retirement plans, and investment accounts.

Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
