Position Overview

Title: Patient Registration Specialist

Location: Rochester, MN

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities

Manage patient appointment scheduling, ensuring proper coverage and handling out-of-office calls

Handle complete and accurate patient registration, including pre-appointment insurance verification

Create new patient charts and scan and file patient documents

Review clinician documentation to ensure patient charts are complete and ready for visits

Provide administrative support for closing patient visits, including obtaining insurance authorizations, financial counseling, and posting over-the-counter payments
Qualifications
-
Experience with patient registration, insurance verification, and EMR systems

Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

A positive, patient-focused attitude and dedication to accuracy
Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
