Job DescriptionAzure Palm Hot Spring is looking for talented and energetic Laundry and Room Attendant

Our Laundry/Room attendants are responsible for the overall upkeep and cleanliness of hotel guest rooms, public areas and laundry. Weekends and holidays are required.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of employment in a similar, position, be available for all shifts, and be able to perform all aspects of the job successfully and with minimal supervision. Must have previous housekeeping experience in an institutional environment.

Essential Job Duties:

Clean guest rooms and pubic areas

Clean Mineral Water tubs in guest rooms

Remove soiled linens from rooms and deliver to laundry department

Wash, dry and fold laundry

Inventory and stock housekeeping carts

Must be able to work quickly with time constraints and with minimal supervision

Assist guest with housekeeping requests

Follow all safety and security guidelines

Must be able to clearly communicate with guests

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, and standard operating procedures

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit; carry, crouch, crawl, and balance use hands to finger, handle, or feel; bend, stoop, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift, push, pull and/or move up to 50 pounds.
