Position Overview
Banknote is seeking a sharp, dependable, and professional Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, contractors, and executive leadership at our Browns Summit facility. This individual will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a polished and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate discretion, organizational excellence, and the ability to manage shifting priorities with a calm and confident presence.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations
- Greet and assist all visitors, employees, contractors, and vendors professionally and courteously.
- Enforce site access procedures, maintain accurate visitor logs, and manage guest badges in compliance with corporate security protocols.
- Answer and route incoming calls, manage general inquiries, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front lobby and common meeting areas.
Administrative & Executive Support
- Help prepare, process, and reconcile executive team expense reports.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including catering arrangements and meeting room preparation.
- Assist with travel arrangements and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a receptionist, front-office, or administrative support role preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and basic data entry.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Dependable, proactive, and able to adapt effectively to changing needs.
