We are currently looking for a Dispatcher who excels at building strong relationships with co-workers, managers, and service technicians. In this role, youll be the vital link that keeps our operations running smoothly, while also maintaining excellent communication with customers throughout the day.
What Youll Do:
- Dispatch the right technician to the right job at the right time
- Deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Coordinate daily schedules in partnership with service managers
- Assist with various clerical tasks to support daily operations
Who Are You:
- Prior dispatch experience
- Experience in residential plumbing, electrical, or drain service & repair is a strong plus
- Youre organized, proactive, and a true team player
- You thrive on multitasking and take pride in problem-solving
