Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter who will manage and support full life cycle recruitment for both engineering and corporate roles in our new Centennial, Colorado facility.


Responsibilities:


· Source, identify and recruit qualified candidates through various networking channels and through-out social media

· Build a pipeline of candidates for very specific skill sets that are needed for critical roles

· Manage candidates who apply on the applicant tracking system

· Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

· Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers to facilitate the selection process.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and preferences.

· Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, interview techniques and candidate evaluation

· Enhance the organization’s brand by promoting its values, cultures, and career opportunities through various channels.

· Represent at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to expand talent pool.


Requirements:


· 9+ years of full life-cycle experience in the aviation and aerospace industry.

· Recruiting experience in a start-up organization

· Preferred experience with recruiting for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing roles

· Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche talent

· Ability to work independently

· Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week
