RegenQuest provides management and operational support to physician-based wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) practices.

We are hiring a Provider Relations Liaison to support our local physician partners by building and maintaining strong, professional relationships across the healthcare community. This role works closely with physician offices and hospital care teams to support education, access, and continuity of care for patients who need outpatient wound care or hyperbaric services.

This is a relationship-driven, educational role, not a sales position.

This role is well-suited for someone with experience in healthcare outreach, provider relations, care coordination, or other relationship-based roles.

As Provider Relations Liaison you will be responsible for:

• Provide approved, non-promotional education on office-based wound care and hyperbaric services
• Serve as a point of contact for physician offices, case managers, and hospital teams regarding outpatient care access following discharge
• Conduct regular in-person office visits and informal educational sessions
• Participate in community outreach events and health fairs
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships throughout the local healthcare community
• Document outreach visits, educational interactions, and events
• Track outreach activity and engagement patterns over time to guide future education and follow-up

You’ll likely do well in this role if you have:

• Experience working with physician offices, clinical teams, or hospital departments
• Familiarity with the Wilkes-Barre / Berwick healthcare landscape
• Comfort conducting in-person visits and maintaining thoughtful, professional follow-up
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to document activity accurately
• Good judgment around outreach — understanding when offices are engaged, when activity has slowed, and when additional education may be helpful
• Comfort using standard business and healthcare systems to document activity and track outreach

Schedule & Work Environment

• Monday–Friday position
• Remote, field-based role with no central office requirement
• Regular in-person outreach throughout the assigned territory is expected
