HALO is seeking a Supervisor, Account Management who will play a critical role in supporting and guiding Sales Operations team within HALO’s Enterprise division. This role partners closely with the Director of Account Management to ensure optimal team structure, appropriate staffing, and ongoing process improvements that drive sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.


This individual must have a strong strategic mindset and the ability to analyze key performance metrics to influence business decisions, identify process enhancements, and lead internal and external initiatives that contribute to growth. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong emotional intelligence, clear communication across all levels of the organization, and a genuine passion for mentoring others.


Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding of new hires, including managing checklists, leading training sessions, and maintaining two-week onboarding schedules
  • Maintain and update team knowledge resources, including Confluence pages, calendars, and the Guide to Account Operations
  • Facilitate and lead team drop-in sessions and contribute content to team meetings
  • Monitor and manage Paylocity requests and timecard approvals
  • Assist in conducting 1:1 team touch bases and support performance feedback processes
  • Address and resolve team escalations as needed, ensuring positive outcomes
  • Partner with Account Executives to assess support needs and deliver operational alignment
  • Assist in scheduling and ensuring adequate coverage for team leave requests
  • Collaborate in the development and continual improvement of training materials
  • Stay current on HALO’s internal systems and processes, and effectively communicate updates to the team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management or equivalent blend of people management experience and industry expertise
  • Minimum of 1 year Supervisory experience leading a large team
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proven ability to problem-solve using a strategic, big-picture approach
  • High emotional intelligence, empathy, and effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and support teams with a service-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in internal tools such as Paylocity, Confluence, and other sales support systems
  • Experience training and mentoring employees across various levels of an organization
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and team development

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is between $61,000 and $88,000 annually. Please note that this pay range serves as a general guideline and reflects a broad spectrum of labor markets across the US. While it is uncommon for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the range, compensation decisions are influenced by various factors. At HALO, these include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and broader market and business considerations.
