Position: Assistant Director of Nursing, RN
What You'll Do:
As the Assistant Director of Nursing, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Nursing to set and achieve clinical program objectives that align with our mission. Your leadership will play a vital role in enhancing our care standards, promoting resident well-being, and fostering a positive culture within our facility.
In this role, you will:
- Oversee nursing operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
- Support the development and implementation of care plans and protocols.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident care.
- Act as the operational liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional care to our residents.
- Participate in quality assurance monitoring and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in nursing care.

What You'll Bring
Qualifications for the Assistant Director of Nursing include:
- A valid state RN nursing license.
- An advanced degree or certification is preferred.
- A commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery.
- A visionary mindset focused on innovation and quality improvement.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in a nursing leadership role in a Long-Term Care or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
