Little Learner Children's Academy is a group of privately owned day care centers. We are searching for an Event and Marketing Specialist who will play a crucial role in fulfilling the mission of Little Learner Children's Academy. This position is responsible for increasing enrollments, promoting the center through marketing and community outreach and enhancing family engagement and retention.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing high-quality marketing materials (flyers, brochures, social media content, banners, TV display content) using Canva.
  • Photographer and videographer for school events.
  • Manage center marketing platforms, including social media, websites and e-mail campaigns.
  • Manage Event-Based Marketing (Open house, Tour Days)
  • Manage Digital Marketing (Social Media/Google Ads)
  • Train new leadership in process of CRM pipeline, tours and enrollments.
  • Serve as the lead contact for support to Director/AD when they need time off, respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct tours, and complete follow-ups as needed.
  • Manage full enrollment cycle with Directors.
  • Coordinate monthly family events, open houses, and community outreach efforts.
  • Lead event logistics, including planning, staffing, materials, transportation and setup.
  • Manage post-event surveys and feedback within 48 hours.
  • Support and develop seasonal program planning (summer camp, preschool, after-school).
  • Travel to multiple centers to assist with tours, events or general support.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Early Childhood Education, Communications Business or related field.
  • 2+years of experience in childcare, marketing, program coordination, enrollments or event planning.
  • At least 1 year of direct experience in the childcare field.
  • Event planning experience strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in Canva, Google Workspace, and Social Media Platforms.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Availability to attend events in the evenings and on weekends when needed.
  • Bilingual preferred.
