Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team! The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience working in the K-12 education sector, along with other commercial construction superintendent experience. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation</li>
<li>Allocate resources for assigned projects</li>
<li>Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors</li>
<li>Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in construction management or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiarity with construction management software</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Strong negotiation skills</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>5 + years superintendent experience with new construction/renovations with K-12 schools.</li>
