Key Responsibilities:
- Review and convert confirmed group and event sales files into detailed and accurate Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and function resumes.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients following the sales handoff, finalizing event details including menus, setup requirements, timelines, and billing arrangements.
- Coordinate with culinary, banquet, and audiovisual teams to ensure all event specifications are executed according to client expectations and hotel standards.
- Conduct pre and post event meetings and maintain open communication with clients and internal teams throughout the event process.
- Monitor event execution on-site as needed to ensure service standards and quality are maintained.
- Prepare, distribute, and update all event documentation and internal communications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure that all deposits, guarantees, and final payments are received in accordance with contract terms.
- Support the development and maintenance of catering revenue forecasts, event profitability tracking, and post-event analysis.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of hotel capabilities, pricing structures, and service offerings to maximize client satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
- Adhere to all brand, departmental, and local health and safety standards and procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, sales, or relevant field
• 3-5 Years Experience in relevant roles within restaurants, hospitality, or luxury environments
• Sales Software proficiency not limited to: Salesforce, Triple Seat, Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite
• Strong selling and interpersonal skills
• Professional, enthusiastic, and dependable team player
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work irregular hours if needed
• Drivers License required, some travel to our other restaurants and off-site client meetings required
