A leading private equity firm is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Head of Business Development. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic, fast-paced team focused on investor relations, fundraising, and strategic growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of administrative experience within private equity, investment management, or financial services, with a strong understanding of how to operate in a high-touch, confidential, and deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Business Development, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning

  • Prepare and organize materials for investor meetings, roadshows, and business development activities

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics and follow-ups are handled with precision

  • Track and manage communications, priorities, and deadlines across multiple ongoing initiatives

  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and client deliverables in collaboration with the Investor Relations and Marketing teams

  • Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accuracy of investor data and activity tracking

  • Serve as a liaison between the Head of Business Development and internal stakeholders, portfolio companies, and external partners

  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

  • Anticipate needs, streamline workflows, and proactively support the efficiency of the Business Development function

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Professional within private equity, investment management, or financial services

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities; comfortable interfacing with senior executives and investors

  • High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, DealCloud) a plus

  • Proactive, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Team-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $100,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience)
