The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors and plays a key role in supporting daily administrative operations. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Communication
- Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and delivery personnel in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls accurately and efficiently
- Manage the main office email inbox and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and lobby area
Administrative Support
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, scanning, copying, and document management
- Assist with preparation and distribution of internal documents, forms, and correspondence
- Support purchasing, accounting, and operations teams with administrative tasks as needed
- Track and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments
Confidentiality & Compliance
- Handle sensitive company and customer information with discretion and professionalism
- Follow company policies, safety protocols, and quality standards at all times
