About the Role
We are conducting a confidential search for a Head of Revenue / CRO to take full ownership of all revenue generation and build a scalable, self-sustaining sales organization.
This is a privately held, established B2B wholesale and multi-channel commerce company based in Los Angeles County. Company details will be shared later in the interview process with qualified candidates.
The role is designed to fully remove the founder from day-to-day sales execution while scaling revenue across:

Traditional B2B wholesale distribution

Inside and outside sales teams

Third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Faire, Wayfair)

A newly launched BTC division
-
A newly launched B2B wholesale ecommerce site
This is not a support role.
This role owns revenue, pricing, channels, systems, and execution.
What You Will Own (Non-Negotiable)

Full revenue P&L across all channels
-
Pricing authority and margin protection
-
Channel conflict management (Wholesale vs Amazon vs B2B site)

Design, build, and scale:

Inside sales team
-
Outside sales reps / ICs
-
Marketplace revenue operations

Trade Shows
-

Drive adoption and monetization of the B2B wholesale website

Migrate customers from manual/rep-driven ordering to digital

Align rep incentives to support online ordering

Increase reorder frequency and average order size

Launch and scale the BTC division from $0 → $XM

Own revenue forecasting, KPIs, and dashboards

Hire, manage, and replace all revenue leadership

Fully remove founder involvement from deals, pricing, and customers within 90 days

Sales reps focused on expansion, not order entry

Founder is not involved in sales execution
Required Experience
-
10+ years in senior revenue leadership (CRO, Head of Revenue, or VP Sales with full scope)

Experience scaling revenue toward and beyond eight-figure annual sales.

Direct ownership of:

Wholesale distribution sales

Amazon P&L (pricing, ads, margin accountability)

Built and managed inside and outside sales teams

Experience launching new revenue streams or divisions

Strong operational discipline (CRM, KPIs, forecasting)

Experience scaling B2B ecommerce or wholesale portals

Multi-channel commerce background

Consumer products, wholesale distribution, or supply-chain driven business experience
