Allstate Auto Experts is a fast-growing, high-volume automotive repair facility, and we’re looking for a sharp, reliable Customer Service Representative who can keep up, stay organized, and keep customers calm—even when things get loud.
This is not a slow front desk job. If you thrive in controlled chaos, read on. If stress melts you… probably not your lane.
What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver professional, friendly customer service in a very busy office

Take customer payments accurately (cash, card, financing platforms)

Handle vendor invoices, statements, and internal paperwork

Take clear, detailed notes on repair orders and customer interactions

Read, understand, and process complex information, including:

Repair invoices
-
Vendor bills
-
Statements
-
Technical or automotive-related data

Communicate clearly with customers, advisors, and management
-
De-escalate tense situations with confidence and professionalism

Multitask constantly while maintaining accuracy and composure

Support daily office operations as needed (this is a team sport)
What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills

Proven ability to multitask in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Comfortable handling money and sensitive financial information

Able to read and understand detailed, sometimes technical documents

Excellent note-taking and organizational skills

Calm under pressure—can handle upset customers without escalating

Clean driving record (required)

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Thick skin, steady attitude, and a problem-solving mindset

Automotive, service industry, or office administration experience

Experience with invoicing, statements, or vendor accounts
