Responsibilities
- Operate machinery under supervision of others.
- Assist in meeting established production goals.
- Assist in performing daily checks and preventative maintenance.
- Assist quality control, reporting and recordkeeping procedures..
- Operate overhead cranes and Forklifts.
- Comply with safety and health regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Clean machinery and work area.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Entry level to 1 year experience in a manufacturing facility.
- Basic math skills - ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurement.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. To bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary)
