Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist who will be responsible for setting up, running, editing, and programming CNC machines. This role involves operating mills and lathes to produce fabricated parts and machining parts from prints. After training, the successful candidate will be responsible for taking a print, programming the machine, and manufacturing the parts.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes.
- Edit and program CNC machines to produce parts from prints.
- Ensure quality assurance of fabricated parts.
- Read and interpret engineering prints for machining tasks.
- Operate machinery to work with tight tolerances.
- Engage in light programming and editing of machine operations.
Essential Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining.
- Proficiency in operating CNC mills and lathes.
- Experience with Mazatrol CAD/CAM programming system.
- Ability to work with multi-axis lathes, particularly on a 5-axis.
- Experience in machining stainless steel and alloy steel.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting prints.
- Knowledge of G Code.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Integrex 400 is a plus.
- Experience with Master Cam is advantageous.
- No formal training required; on-the-job training provided.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $37.00/hr.
