We are seeking a Sales Associates to join our&nbsp;team! You will resolve customer&nbsp;questions and&nbsp;offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:

<li>Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers</li>
<li>Resolve customer inquiries and requests</li>
<li>Upsell to all customers that present themselves</li>
<li>Thoroughly take care of all customer requests</li>
<li>Take down customer information for any special requests</li>
<li>Become familiar with all products within the shop</li>
<li>Handle a cash drawer</li>
<li>Able to handle cash and card transactions on Clover device</li>
<li>Able to handle doing multiple tasks at once</li>
<li>Fully know and understand that all customers are right</li>
<li>Able to remain composed while handling all customers</li>
</ul>

<li>Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields</li>
<li>Ability to build rapport with clients</li>
<li>Strong negotiation skills</li>
<li>Detail-oriented</li>
