We are seeking a results-driven Director of Business Development to expand our B2B referral network and strengthen long-term partnerships with key industries such as plumbing, mechanical contracting, and insurance.
The Opportunity
This is not a maintenance role — it’s a growth role. You’ll manage a portfolio of 450+ potential referral partners, with the mission to generate consistent inbound restoration leads. Success in this position comes from being visible, trusted, and consistently present in the market.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a strong network of referral partners
- Develop and execute repeatable business development systems and strategies
- Own your territory and maintain a strong presence with partners four days per week
- Drive revenue growth by establishing credibility and becoming the go-to resource in the industry
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000–$110,000
- Uncapped Commission
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $200,000–$300,000+ for top performers
- Company-provided vehicle for local travel
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience in industries such as pharma, construction, or insurance
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn trust quickly
- Confident communicator who knows how to close without a hard sell
- Comfortable traveling locally four days per week
- Strategic thinker who enjoys creating systems and growth routes
