JOB FUNCTION:
Performs on a timely basis, the main functions listed below from start to finish including any auxiliary spreadsheets required. Follows all MICS/TICS/SICS regulations as pertains to revenue audit. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Seneca Gaming and Entertainments policies and procedures, NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards, and SGA Tribal Internal Control Standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Obtain a sufficient understanding of all gaming and non-gaming audits.
2.Provides proper accounting and reporting of all gaming generated revenue, including slot machines, cages, table games, food and beverage and any other revenue areas.
3.Ensures daily packets are completed as required by the Month-End closing schedule.
4.Provide supervision required in MICS/TICS/SICS of daily revenue packets.
5.Audit back-end gaming system and provide reports required to perform daily Slot Operations packets for Salamanca/Oil Spring/Irving/ facilities.
6.Ability to meet deadlines and focus on accuracy and details.
7.Ensures proper authorization signatures for all transactions.
8.Provide support and problem-solving skills when audit issues arise.
9.Maintain exception reports after signatures received for review by internal/external auditors.
10.Flexible workweek with possible additional hours required.
11.Operates office machines such as calculators, computer and copy machine.
12.Ensures accurate, timely, and relevant revenue figures are reconciled, audited, and posted for each gaming day.
13.Generates revenue and other special reports using all available reporting capabilities.
14.Participates in maintaining internal control documents.
15.Maintains necessary files and information for preparing reports and special assignments as may be requested.
16.Maintains a neat and orderly work area.
17.Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
Associates Degree in Accounting and/or two (2) years of practical experience in accounting or bookkeeping. Must possess excellent math skills. Must possess excellent verbal, written and organizational skills. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
