Job Description

Job Title: Structural Engineer

Job Summary:
Our client in Tequesta, FL is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join their growing team. This role will play a critical part in the design, development, and delivery of proprietary ballistic wall systems that meet the highest standards of blast resistance, ballistic protection, and structural integrity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in reinforced/precast systems and be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

Design and analyze precast wall panels, blocks, and other structural components
Produce structural calculations, drawings, and technical submittals in line with client and code requirements (IBC, ACI, ASTM, etc.)
Collaborate with operations, quality assurance, and project management teams
Support design proposals with concept layouts and feasibility assessments
Ensure manufacturability, transport, and installation practicality of designs
Provide field support and respond to RFIs during construction projects
Ensure compliance with safety, performance, and security standards

Schedule & Pay:

Full-time, Monday – Friday
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Here’s What Makes YOU a Great Fit:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
5+ years of experience in structural design, with emphasis on reinforced/precast systems
Proficiency in structural analysis software (RISA, SAP2000, etc.) and CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp)
Familiarity with ASTM standards, security design, and government/utility projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to travel to U.S. project sites and manufacturing facilities
