Core Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Administer medications and treatments as ordered, while monitoring patient responses.

Monitor vital signs, assess patient conditions, and accurately document changes.

Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare staff to support individualized care plans.

Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive patient care environment
Candidate Requirements

Valid New York State License.

Up-to-date Physical Exam & TB Test (completed within the last 12 months).
