We are working with a contractor widely recognized as a "best places to work" environment. Most of their projects are local, and they have a long history and reputation in the markets they service. They are currently underway with a large multifamily project in Anderson and have more work coming up in the area.

Responsibilities

• Help manage field operations of new construction apartment/multifamily builds from 100 - 300 units.
• Manage sub-contractors
• Provide timely status reports to stakeholders.
• Build mutually beneficial relationships and work closely with owners, architects, engineers, subs, field staff, and office staff.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in construction
• 3+ years' experience on multifamily projects, garden style preferred.
• Experience with subcontractors in the Southeast.
• Procore or similar construction project management software experience.
