  • All our Redmond LMTs make over $50 per hands-on service hour
  • For many this amounts to annual pay of more than $80,000 annually

What We Offer

The Company pays a base commission hourly rate for hours spent providing services to customers, plus customer tips. The base commission hourly rate range is $27.00 to $38.00 based on skills, experience, schedule availability, and company culture alignment. The average, but not guaranteed, tip range is $18.00 to $22.00, resulting in average total hourly compensation of $45.00 to $60.00. Hiring at the maximum of the commission wage range is not typical to allow for future and continued compensation growth.
