Seeking a Compassionate Front Desk Receptionist/Medical Assistant

Body and Mind Medical is a dynamic, integrative primary care practice launching a new concept in Wicker Park, and we’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist/Medical Assistant to join our team.

What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to connect with patients.
- Experience in insurance verification (preferred but not required).
- A passion for compassionate care and a desire to work with a multi-disciplinary team.
- Language AI knowledge is a bonus , but not a must
- Experience with phlebotomy or immunizations is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
