Job Description
Join our team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of orders in our high-rack warehouse. Your keen attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Walk around the warehouse to pick and pull orders.
- Use a scissor-lift to pick items in a high-rack warehouse.
- Maintain high attention to detail to verify labels and contents.
- Read and follow work orders and packaging lists.
- Verify counts of products pulled.
- Package products and prepare them for shipment.
Essential Skills
- Experience in picking and inventory management.
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Detail-oriented with strong order fulfillment skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable using forklifts and cherry pickers.
- Able to stand on feet for 8+ hours.
- Capable of lifting 10-25 lbs consistently.

Work Environment
Our warehouse operates on two shifts: the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and the 2nd shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM. You will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment where teamwork and efficiency are key.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin Township, New Jersey.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
