Job Summary
Join a Global Healthcare Innovator as a QA Technician, where your daily contributions ensure compliance and quality across manufacturing and documentation processes. You'll collaborate closely with the Quality team to support mission-critical functions that uphold our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and Procedures.
- Review and maintain documentation in alignment with regulatory and procedural standards.
- Audit processes such as line verification and environmental conformity to avoid system or manufacturing issues.
- Promptly notify supervisors of discrepancies or non-conformities.
- Perform sample testing with guidance from the Quality Supervisor or Quality Engineer.
- Input test data and manage entries in systems like CATSWeb for lot tracking and query execution.
Required Experience
- Experience working in GMP-regulated or medical device manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with quality auditing processes.
- Hands-on experience with sample testing and documentation procedures.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Prior exposure to CATSWeb or similar quality systems.
- Background in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or nutrition products.
Required Skills
- Attention to Detail — meticulous review of documentation and testing procedures
- Communication Skills — ability to clearly escalate and document quality issues
- Process Auditing — verifying conformance to quality standards
- Data Entry — accurate input into electronic systems
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of environmental monitoring protocols
- Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO 13485 or FDA QSR
