Be the engine behind a high-performing sales team at C&B Operations! In this role, you’ll keep equipment inventory accurate, visible, and competitive—managing listings, auditing data across platforms, and delivering insights that help drive smarter pricing and faster sales. You’ll work closely with Sales and Equipment Managers, using tools like Excel and AI platforms to turn data into action.

Salary and Schedule This is a full time, salaried position. Rate is based on experience. Flexible work hours between 7:30AM - 6:00PM Monday - Friday with additional hours during month end and year end close. This position is on-site at our corporate office in Sioux Falls, SD.

Responsibilities Include

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Support Team to keep operations running smoothly
  • Process and publish incoming equipment inventory listings using internal systems
  • Audit and maintain accurate inventory listings across internal and public-facing platforms
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in pricing, specs, and listing details
  • Prepare inventory reports and recaps for New and Used Equipment Managers
  • Conduct market pricing comparisons to ensure competitive positioning
  • Assist in optimizing listings for visibility and effectiveness on digital platforms
  • Leverage Excel and other tools to analyze data and support decision-making
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate information flow
  • Deliver responsive, professional communication to internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Ability to use standard computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel proficiency required
  • AI platform experience preferred
  • Sales support or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills
  • High school diploma of GED required
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion generally required to perform tasks in support of all job functions, for example - sitting, standing, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, pushing, and pulling
