Pay: 25 – 37/hr | 1st Shift, Monday–Friday | 9/80 Work Schedule
Onsite Only – No Remote or Hybrid
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our aviation client’s fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you won’t just support the hiring process—you’ll own it. From interview scheduling to onboarding coordination, you’ll ensure that every candidate interaction is smooth, professional, and leaves a lasting positive impression.

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be the go-to expert for managing interview logistics, organizing new hire activities, and coordinating pre-employment processes. Your work will directly influence how candidates perceive our client’s brand—helping ensure they’re known not just as a great place to work, but as a company that truly values people from the first interaction onward.
What You’ll Do

Take full ownership of interview logistics including visitor access, travel coordination, conference room scheduling, and candidate communications

Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and pre-employment documentation (I-9, E-Verify, etc.)

Monitor and track new hire data for accuracy, ensuring a flawless onboarding experience

Assist with the planning and execution of recruiting and university relations events

Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to continuously improve internal processes

Ensure every candidate has a smooth, timely, and welcoming experience
What You Bring
Required:
-
Minimum of 3 years in an administrative or coordination role, with experience managing calendars and logistics

Proficiency in at least one applicant tracking system (ATS)

Strong data management and organizational skills
-
High attention to detail and follow-through

A customer-first mindset with the ability to build relationships at all levels

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:

Experience in HR or Talent Acquisition

Event planning or project coordination background

A positive, action-oriented attitude with a passion for creating great experiences

Pay Details: 25.00 to 37.00 per hour
