Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our internal system and preparing periodic reports. This role requires strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a commitment to ensuring data integrity. The Data Entry Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting various administrative functions and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
Duties
- Input and update data into databases and systems with high accuracy
- Review and analyze reports for entry
- Perform data entry tasks including order entry, transcription, and data collection
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables and manage spreadsheets
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed, including basic math calculations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data-related projects
- Conduct regular audits of data to ensure accuracy and consistency
Requirements
- Proficient in data entry with a strong typing speed and accuracy
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Previous office or clerical experience is an advantage
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for handling numerical data accurately
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
● High School Diploma or Equivalent.
● Minimum of 1 years of administrative experience in a similar field.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Strong data entry skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with teammates.
- Proficiency in time management and following processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

LOCATION
This is a full-time position based in-office. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST.
