Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker, where you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bottling line. You'll be an integral part of a company that has seen significant growth over the past decade, offering you the chance to develop your skills in a stable and consistent work environment.
Responsibilities
- Work on the line in the Bottling Department to ensure the flow of production is smooth and efficient.
- Rotate through three main positions on the line: Top Position, Middle Position, and Packer.
- Ensure bottles are properly unscrambled, oriented, filled, capped, coded, sealed, labeled, and cartoned.
- Perform visual inspections and document production processes accurately.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to maintain quality standards.
Essential Skills
- Attention to detail and ability to read and write English for documentation and inspections.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift.
- Teamwork skills and ability to work within a team environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with production, general labor, packing, inspection, and GMP environment.
- No GED or diploma required.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, partially climate-controlled environment with enforced Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Foods (SQF) certified policies. The dress code includes jeans and t-shirts, excluding buttons and hoodies, with no jewelry or food allowed on the floor. You'll be part of a family-owned company with a passionate workforce dedicated to quality and good attendance.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
