We help individuals and families grow through a wide range of fertility treatment options, and we understand that every patient journey begins the moment they walk through our doors.We are currently seeking a warm, collaborative, and creative Marketing Specialist to help share our clinic’s story and expand our reach in the community. This role is essential to shaping how prospective patients discover, understand, and connect with our services. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, driven by meaningful work, and confident in creating impactful marketing strategies that support patient growth and brand recognition.As part of our growing team, we’re looking for someone who is flexible, hands-on, and eager to contribute across digital, social, and community marketing efforts. Marketing Specialist: Key Responsibilities▪ Support the implementation of our clinic’s marketing strategy focused on brand building, patient acquisition, and community engagement.▪ Collaborate with internal staff and external partners (including Patient Gain and our contracted marketing manager) to develop digital and print content that aligns with our brand.▪ Help refine and strengthen the clinic’s voice and identity across all marketing channels.▪ Review and improve website content to ensure it’s informative, engaging, and optimized for search engines.▪ Create and submit educational and emotionally compelling content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).▪ Assist with creating physical marketing materials (brochures, referral kits, gifts, etc.) and help distribute them to referring providers.▪ Conduct outreach to referring physician offices to promote clinic services, distribute marketing materials, and coordinate luncheon meetings for relationship-building and marketing purposes.
Qualifications:▪ Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills▪ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team▪ Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills▪ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing▪ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and familiar with marketing tools such as Canva, and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. ▪ Basic understanding of healthcare marketing and patient communication (preferred)▪ Previous sales/client facing work experience (preferred)
