About the Role
LHH is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support healthcare equipment redeployment operations. This role is hands-on, process-driven, and ideal for someone with logistics or operational coordination experience. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
This position includes defined competency tiers, offering structured skill development and advancement opportunities over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform redeployment procedures, including equipment cleaning, decontamination, and testing
- Coordinate shipping logistics and vendor communication
- Maintain order tracking files and inventory systems
- Communicate with clinic teams, transportation services, and internal partners
- Troubleshoot logistics issues and escalate appropriately
- Follow detailed procedures and safety standards with high accuracy
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in logistics, operations, inventory, equipment coordination, or related areas
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with tracking/reporting tools
- Ability to follow detailed procedures
Preferred
- Healthcare or medical equipment handling experience
- Experience coordinating transportation or vendor communication
- Exposure to equipment reprocessing, testing, or maintenance
- Process or operational improvement experience
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
