This is the most senior leadership role on property, reporting directly to corporate leadership and overseeing the General Manager and department heads.What You'll Do:

• A proven senior hospitality executive with 10+ years in high-volume, high-profile venues.
• Experienced in overseeing multi-faceted venues $15M+ annual revenue operations.
• A hands-on leader who thrives in both strategic planning and floor presence.
• Known for delivering operational excellence and unforgettable guest experiences.
