Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in engaging with prospective learners and assisting callers with their inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the higher education industry while developing your customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound call campaigns to engage leads, opportunities, and applications.
• Reach out to prospects who have requested information and provide them with relevant details.
• Assist with various call campaign efforts based on organizational needs.
• Identify the needs of prospects and ensure efficient transfers to the appropriate team members.
• Handle a high volume of calls, potentially exceeding 100 calls per day.
• Provide a welcoming and attentive experience for inbound callers and online chat users.
• Assess caller needs to facilitate effective and accurate transfers.
• Offer support to prospects, applicants, and learners to ensure their requirements are met.
• Share best practices and collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
• Complete additional administrative tasks as assigned.• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one year of administrative experience is necessary.
• Strong commitment to prioritizing the needs of prospective and current learners.
• Exceptional listening skills and the ability to establish rapport with individuals.
• Proven excellence in customer service and time management.
• Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven work environment.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to handle diverse workflow tasks.
• Proficiency in typing with speeds of 8,001-10,000 KPH (alpha and numeric) and experience using Excel.
