Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery - Obstetrics position in Ohio requiring 2+ years of OB experience and specialty certifications.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Labor & Delivery - Obstetrics unit in a hospital setting
- Varied shifts preferred, but day or night shifts may be available
- Responsible for providing care throughout labor and delivery, including functioning as a first assist and scrubbing OB cases
- Patient population includes laboring mothers and newborns
- No more than 5 days of requested time off will be considered
- Candidates will support all aspects of OB care including first assist and scrubbing as needed
- Relevant skills checklist must be current within one year

- Active OH or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent OB experience required
- Must have completed at least 1 prior travel assignment
- BLS (AHA) certification required (can be pending at time of consideration)
- Active ACLS (AHA) or ALSO, NRP, STABLE, and Fetal Monitoring certifications required
- Ability to function as a 1st assist and scrub OB preferred
