What we are looking for...

We're looking for Independent Upper extremity Reps who want a product that changes the conversation with their accounts.

Most braces ask patients to choose between support and function. We don't think that's an acceptable tradeoff. We are rapidly expanding our presence in the hand, wrist, and elbow space by growing our network of independent reps targeting clinics, DMEs, and referring caregivers.

• You are a seasoned upper-extremity rep with established relationships in Orthopedics, Hand Therapy, Physical and Occupational Therapy, and/or O&P. BraceLab is expanding our network of independent reps selling our innovative performance, preventative, and recovery solutions to hand, wrist, and elbow specialists.

• As an independent 1099 partner, the primary responsibilities include promoting BraceLab’s premium orthoses and educating healthcare professionals on the benefits of our products.

• This role requires building, maintaining, and leveraging strong relationships with medical professionals, hosting product demonstrations, and driving sales growth. You will also support clients with expert product knowledge and act as a liaison between customers and the team to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Established relationships in Orthopedics, Hand Therapy, Physical and Occupational Therapy, and/or O&P
• You promote other complementary products that will open the door to growth for BraceLab
• Excellent communication, product presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge or experience in healthcare, medical devices, or orthopedic products
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in using digital tools for administrative tasks and reporting
