Location: Midland, TX
Salary: $100K-$140K (salary depends on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical work is performed in compliance with applicable codes and standards, while managing schedules and budgets effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all electrical work on construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Provide technical guidance and support to electrical teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.
- Commercial or K12 experience preferred
- Experience with commercial projects, especially in areas like healthcare, retail, industrial, data center, mission-critical, and higher education. k12
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
