Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a dynamic school setting located in Fresno, CA. This contract role offers the opportunity to work onsite with an established caseload, supporting students communication needs within an educational environment.

Setting: Onsite school-based role

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must hold California SLP certification (SLP - CCC and SLP - School credentials preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of California school experience required
  • At least 1 year of experience with the Special Education Information System (SEIS)
  • Ability to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and facilitators preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage high caseloads and referrals
  • Candidates with Clinical Fellowship status (CFs) will be considered
  • Experience with bilingual caseloads is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language pathology services to a caseload ranging from 60-65 students, with approximately 25-30 receiving speech-only services
  • Collaborate closely with SLPAs for caseload support
  • Manage referrals, evaluations, and individualized education plans (IEPs) within the school system
  • Maintain compliance with school district policies and SEIS documentation
  • Engage with students, families, and educational teams to promote speech and language development
