Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000

We are seeking a Laboratory Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, financial performance, and team management. This role is ideal for a professional who can balance operational efficiency, cost control, and client-focused service while working closely with executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee financial operations, including tracking cost of goods and expenses
✅ Manage staff scheduling and shifts
✅ Maintain and control inventory
✅ Oversee the customer service team
✅ Coordinate with the sales team to prepare for client needs
✅ Manage logistics and operational workflows
✅ Lead onboarding of new clients
✅ Report directly to the CEO
Qualifications & Skills:
✔️ Minimum 3 years of business management experience
✔️ Minimum 3 years of laboratory experience
✔️ Strong organizational and leadership skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple priorities
✔️ Comfortable working under pressure
