About the Role: As an Insurance Agent, your role centers on building strong client relationships and understanding their protection goals. You’ll provide personalized advice and craft customized strategies to help members protect what matters most. Additionally, there is a clear growth path from Insurance Agent to Financial Advisor, allowing you to expand your expertise and offer even more comprehensive financial guidance as you advance in your career.
Why Agents Excel: Our streamlined onboarding process prepares most new agents to start within 30 days. A mentorship program ensures early success, with 25-35 appointments alongside experienced mentors. Agents benefit from paid licensing, professional designations, and a mission-driven career serving fellow Catholics.
