Job DescriptionQualified Staffing is seeking an onsite Customer Service Representative for our reputable client in the home maintenance industry located in the Marietta, GA area. The Customer Service Representative must be upbeat, organized, and dependable, with the ability to handle a high volume of customer calls and scheduling. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and possesses excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- Schedule technicians for window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing services.
- Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information and creating detailed work orders for technicians.
- Fill open job slots due to cancellations or additional service needs.
- Return voicemails promptly and professionally.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records.
- Complete general office duties as assigned.
- Assist the owner or field manager as needed.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- A year of previous experience in a call center or customer service environment required.
- Ability to handle busy phone lines and multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
- Positive, upbeat attitude with strong customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and comfort with data entry.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7am-4pmPay rate: $15 per hour.
