What You’ll Do
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting both clinical and administrative operations, including:
Central Supply Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory of medical and non-medical supplies
- Track usage and ensure timely ordering to prevent shortages
- Organize and stock supply rooms to support efficient workflow
- Work closely with nursing leadership to anticipate supply needs
- Monitor vendor orders, deliveries, and invoices
Medical Records Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, confidential resident medical records
- Ensure timely filing, scanning, and documentation updates
- Support compliance with state and federal regulations
- Assist with audits, chart reviews, and survey readiness
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure documentation accuracy
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with electronic health records (EHR)
- Professional, dependable, and committed to resident privacy
